This plate is designed for complex fracture fixation in the distal tibia and proximal humerus, providing stable fixation with multiple screw options for angular stability.

Indications:

• Proximal humerus and distal tibia fractures, especially multi-fragmentary and comminuted types
• Surgical neck and tuberosity fractures of the humerus
• Fractures requiring angular stability and multidirectional screw placement
• Osteoporotic bone requiring enhanced fixation stability
• Nonunions or malunions of the proximal humerus and distal tibia

The plate is compatible with 3.5mm cortical screws for rigid internal fixation and enhanced fracture stability.
