This plate is used for the stabilization and fixation of fractures and dislocations involving the distal clavicle and acromioclavicular (AC) joint.

Indications

• Distal clavicle fractures (Neer type II and V)
• Acromioclavicular joint dislocations and separations
• Lateral clavicle fractures with ligament disruption
• Clavicle nonunions requiring rigid fixation
• Osteoporotic clavicle fractures requiring stable fixation

The hook design engages beneath the acromion to provide secure support and prevent implant migration.
