This anatomically contoured locking plate is designed for fixation of fractures in the lateral proximal tibia, including split, depressed, and comminuted patterns. It features a “raft” of subchondral screws that provide robust support to the articular surface, reducing the risk of joint collapse.
Indications
- Proximal tibia fractures, including simple, comminuted, lateral wedge, depression, and bicondylar types
- Periprosthetic fractures around tibial implants
- Fractures with associated shaft involvement of the proximal tibia
- Nonunions and malunions requiring surgical stabilization
- Patients with reduced bone density requiring angular-stable fixation
